What You Will Do:
The Digital Design Senior Consultant will support multiple federal and commercial clients by designing presentations, reports, infographics, social media posts, data visualizations, illustrations, animations, and more. Digital Design Consultants must be able to professionally engage directly with client to facilitate brainstorming and gather design specifications for work products.

What You Will Need:

US Citizenship is requiredBachelor's degree is requiredMinimum of THREE (3) years of experienceDemonstrated portfolio of work, including samples (include link on resume)Ability to self-manage multiple projects, tasks, and timelinesSelf-awareness of required hours to complete tasksExperience creating and designing the following: Infographics/one-pagersLogos/brand identityPresentationsReportsAnimations/short videosIntermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Pro, Photoshop, etc.)The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as describedCompensation may vary based on education, skills, experience and locationThis is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per weekSelected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours


What Would Be Nice To Have:

At least Three (3) years as a consultant with the federal government or other clients in highly regulated industriesExperience in User Experience and/or User Interface (UX/UI) design including user stories and user workflowsAbility to animate characters and create variety of videosExperience with other design tools such as Figma

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
