We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Ecommerce team at Mercer. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As Digital eCommerce Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for editing, posting, and updating various types of content, including promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches, ensuring all information is accurate and aligned with our brand standards. Your primary objective will be to engage customers, drive sales, and strengthen our online presence through compelling and strategic content management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless shopping experience that resonates with our target audience.

We will count on you to:

Meet deadlines and collaborate with teams across functions (business, development, marketing);

Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and adheres to brand guidelines;

Stay updated on eCommerce best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve content strategies;

What you need to have:

Degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or related field with a minimum of five years working experience;

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite;

Proficient in CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and content management systems;
