Digital Employee Monitoring Administrator, DEM, DEX
**Job Title** : Digital Employee Monitoring Administrator **Location** : USA **Travel** :25% **Job description:** We are looking for a Digital Employee monitoring analyst who will implement Digital Employee Monitoring (DEM) tools for Capgemini. The team member will ensure that the tool can be utilized by Capgemini support teams to identify and implement ways to improve user experience. The candidate will be expected to configure DEM tools based upon design provided by our Digital Employee Experience leader, configure users within the tool, test implementation and participate in training and troubleshooting activities associated with the implementation of the tool. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Setting up Personas and Service Accounts within the DEM tool • Creating Views, Roles within the Digital Experience monitoring tool • Setting up of data collection mechanisms • Configuration of Automations • Configuration of Engagements & Surveys • Creating Dashboards that outline Experience health • Managing Users and Groups (RBAC) • Own support calls with the vendor • Deployment of automations inside the tool • Posting surveys to end users via the DEM tool • Analyzing data points in the tool • Raising change requests according to client change management process **Required Skills:** • Knowledge of Workplace Services (WPS) concepts • Analytical mind and ability to read and analyze data • Understanding of Agile methodology • Basic knowledge in cybersecurity • ITIL awareness – certification will be an advantage • Fluent in using Microsoft 365 tools • Basic understanding about Digital Experience Monitoring tool and concepts • Understanding of discovery tools and their functionality • Understand basic concept of power shell and/or SQL queries with willingness to learn • Experience in using Service Now • Client management skills and able to discuss WPS use cases **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
