Digital Enablement Specialist

As the Digital Enablement Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, advise, and train customers on the digital platforms of Connectivity, eCommerce, and Condition Monitoring. Provide a service support role for hardware, software and online platforms for internal and external users/customers.  Provide input on software and equipment purchases, utilizing programs or initiatives to meet customer needs as well as meeting company objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Instruct users on how to use the digital suite, decisions that can be made using the data, and where there are efficiencies and user interfaces. Promote and advise customers on digital products to best fit needs by accompanying sales staff on customer visits.Oversees the process of registering machine telemetry devices and customer accounts.Onboard & train customers to navigate within the digital platforms.Provide and create support material documents (marketing material) for service, sales, and parts departments on digital products and platforms.Support product program initiatives and incentives.Provide and create support material documents (marketing material) for service, sales, and parts departments on digital products and platforms.Provide pricing, program, and related product information.Works within and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC.Performs other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

Mechanical experience/understanding with the product lines we representTwo-year degree or equivalent experience and training preferredExcellent customer service skills Telemetry product behavior and troubleshooting skills. Brand-specific UI interface knowledge.Basic Electrical knowledge preferred.Good oral and written communication skillsDetail-oriented Computer knowledgeMust have good leadership, detail, and organizational skills.Ability and willingness to work flexible hoursMust possess a clean driving record
