Position SummaryReporting to the Manager, Digital Enablement - Technology & Automation, the Digital Enablement System Analyst will use information technology to analyze and solve business problems. They will work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, design systems, and implement changes. THIS POSITION IS REMOTE.

Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry/technology trends and professional business knowledgeImprove automation of operational processes within a business to increase efficiency and productivityWork directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the businessCreate and present reports to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendationsOversee implementation projects from beginning to completionCoordinate and execute system upgrades throughout the year on various applicationsDevelop and maintain input forms and dashboards to facilitate data collection and validation for budgeting & forecasting processesUse a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insightsAssist in end-user training sessions on process/application functionality and team cross-trainingProvide user support and conduct "deep dive" analysis of data anomalies when necessaryCollect and interpret business requirements for new solutions and/or enhancementsParticipate and/or lead in the design, build, training and roll-out of new solutionsPeriodically participate in training programs, user groups and conferences to further develop skillset and knowledge Position RequirementsPosition Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information SystemsExperience with financial analysis, reporting and/or planning and understanding of finance systems and business processesKnowledge of key ERP’s and/or 3rd party applications (SAP, Oracle, GetPAID, Serrela, etc.) a plusAdvanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere
