Ensure that we always have a high customer focus in the organization and act as advisors to our customersKeep a high engagement level in the sales team, and be a people manager who develops and coaches our sales team to perform at their very bestFoster a collaborative spirit and work together with the rest of the Digital Energy management team regarding strategy, people engagement, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and other topics.Be responsible for driving a continuous sales growthDevelop and implement our sales strategiesFollow up on sales targets and keep sales cadence callsCollaborate with our Digital Energy Sales managers in the other SAM countriesDrive cross business sales and discussions with other Sales Managers.
