Digital Engagement Associate
As a Digital Engagement Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the overall operations of our portfolio of communities. You will be responsible for providing digital marketing support, website setup and support, online paid advertising, and digital targeting and experience of our consumers. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Website Support Coordinate new website setup and existing website migrations to preferred partners and new website platforms Collaborate with preferred partners for ongoing maintenance, content and security updates Analyze user behavior and other performance KPIs Digital Marketing Support Track digital marketing performance and KPIs Setup new digital marketing campaigns Analyze, strategize, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with preferred digital marketing partners Work with the Marketing Department to manage, maintain, and train new community associates on the CRM (Custom Relationship Manager) and Lead Management platform. Online Advertising Efforts Assess and monitor online advertising opportunities for our portfolio of communities Coordinate with ILS Networks to optimize listings and online presence Coordinate, organize, and manage digital assets/multimedia at each individual asset and ensure digital curb appeal matches physical curb appeal. Name, Address, and Place Online Directory Management Setup and optimize online business directories such as Google Business Profile, Yelp and Apple Monitor and ensure NAP consistencyEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred Proven experience in marketing support or a similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of consumer/user digital experience Familiarity with online digital marketing platforms Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Experience in Real Estate Property Management preferred Experience with Google Ad Platform, Facebook Ad Platform, and other online digital marketing ad platforms preferred Experience with G4A (Google Analytics) preferred Experience with Webflow or Wordpress preferredThis job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
