The opportunity:
The Senior Digital Experience Designer is responsible for leading, influencing and implementing holistic and scalable experiences across the core domains in AIA’s Group Insurance portfolio.
Champion and influence the business towards a customer led mindset underpinned by scalable Customer Design methodologies.
To do this successfully you will:
Lead and support user experience work on strategic and ongoing projects across web and mobile.Gather qualitative insight to inform and apply to designs through participatory and iterative design activities such as user interviews and testing, stakeholder workshopsResponsible for UX flows, User interface design and UI handover to dev, working with the digital brand guidelines and design systemDesign and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.Support integrating the Design Governance framework to achieve consistent digital experiences across the enterprise and the Enterprise Digital Design System.Support Group Insurance programs current and future state to simplify complex journeys into meaningful pitches and tenders.Develop relationships with Group Office HCD CoE, around HCD, UX Design principles, Digital Design system and governance.Successful applications will demonstrate:
Proven experience across Digital/UX. UX research and/or UX DesignExpert understanding of user interface design and user experience strategyDesign experience in web, tablet and mobile environments requiredMust have excellent design skills and an eye for detailMust have experience integrating user research into design practicesAbility to translate complex concepts and ideas into visual representations, including user journeys, mockups and detailed designs into UI handover using Design SystemsExperience with Agile techniques and modern digital product development.Demonstrable design thinking and journey mapping qualifications and experienceExpertise in core digital channels and capabilities and omni channel intersections.Why choose AIA:
