Who we are looking for

The Digital Experience Product organization is recruiting for a Product Manager to support the deployment, adoption and governance of a new UX design system and the associated micro front end framework. State Street’s product organization is leading an exciting period of transformation for the business and requires experienced product managers with deep subject matter expertise to join the team and take the business forward.

As a Digital Experience Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product definition, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, leading solutioning, product enhancement efforts, strategic innovation and managing business development efforts.

What you will be responsible for

Working closely with Global Delivery, Client Service and Product organizations to define tactical priorities and align strategic goalsDocumenting the product definition, development standards and operational best practicesIdentify areas for improvement of the core productSolutioning operating models and translating requirements into feature function capabilities

What we value

Prior experience defining and implementing governance processes that span technology, product and operational organizationsPrior experience of successfully performing product manager, product development or operation leadership rolesPrior experience of leading complex change agendasWorking knowledge of data visualization toolsFamiliar with Micro Front End (MFE) frameworks

Education & Preferred QualificationsSeasoned manager with 10+ years’ experience in project management, process design & governanceWorked in Product organizations in prior roles.Prior experience working in Operations and/or technology.

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
