To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Digital Experience Strategist - Greater China, to help us do extraordinary things. The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for Apple Store Online customers across all of our digital platforms.The Digital Experience Strategist - China Platforms, will define, develop and execute innovative digital shopping experiences for Apple Store Online flagship stores on eCommerce Marketplaces and Social platforms.DescriptionDescriptionThe ideal candidate has experience supporting the development of innovative shopping experiences for a premium, global brand. The individual in this role will support the definition and execution of delivering the marketplace and social commerce experiences that distinguish official Apple digital stores as the top destinations for shopping Apple products. Collaborating with Creative Designers, Product Management, and other business stakeholders, you will support the development of the customer journey, content strategy and ongoing optimization and enhancement plans to ensure a seamless, performant and engaging shopping experience. - Support the development of experiences for how customers navigate, learn, shop, configure, and purchase products across our marketplace and social platforms. - Collaborate with key cross functional teams within the region to integrate business priorities and strategies into the shopping experience. - Track performance against established benchmarks, analyze customer engagement and experience metrics, report out regularly on performance and identify actionable insights. - Support the development of strategic briefs to inform cross functional partners of business priorities, experience opportunities, and performance. - Conduct research on market & competitor trends and analyze consumer behavior and internal performance to drive optimization, expansion, and business case development.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications4+years of experience defining and developing consumer facing digital shopping journeys, or e-commerce experience for a premium global brand.Good knowledge of China retail industry trends, marketplaces and social platforms including AliPay, WeChat, Tmall, Douyin etc.Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsBA/BS in related field or MBA preferred.Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions and demonstrate resourcefulness.Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to help develop innovative customer experiences and shopping journeys.Good communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate and influence across teams to drive results.Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsMore
