This Design Strategist will be focusing on usability testing, understanding voice of the consumer within the digital experience, articulating insights and providing recommendations based on users unmet needs and expectations within their digital journey.Summary
The Digital Experience Strategist plays an important role researching, discovering, and validating human-centered needs, expectations, and preferences. Understand and empathize with the motives, desires, and emotions of a person's journey to identify friction, opportunities, and unmet needs. Collaborates with digital product management, digital development, and data & analytics counterparts to align and coordinate efforts for effective delivery.Job Description
Maintains user journeys and user personas to identify underserved needs and jobs to be done.
Conducts market research efforts. Proactively reviews peer and competitor digital landscape. Facilitates discovery sprints and design sprints to ensure we are "building the right things" and "building the things right". Curates insights from user and usability testing, develops survey questions, conducts interviews, and analyzes analytics pertaining to relevant digital products and experiences.
Collects and evaluates quantitative data and qualitative feedback to synthesize user feedback.
Identifies problem areas, points of friction, and jobs to be done. Creates and tests hypotheses that translate problems into relevant digital solutions and experiences.
Responsible for user interface and user experience design (UI/UX) including: wireframing, prototypes, user flows, UI pattern libraries, typography, and interaction and visual design.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, in lieu of education management may consider 6 years of relevant and progressive experience.
Preferred experience:
HCD and/or UI/UX certification preferred.
