Main Purpose

Enhance the digital share of FieldView customers and foster the adoption of new customers. Emphasize strategic use of data to inform and optimize business practices and strategically drive the growth of the Bayer NBM`s.

 

Your mission will be to

Data-Driven Management:

Analyze data and foster data-driven decision-making to identify and drive business opportunities and strategic decisions.Facilitate regular updates on Digital Mission initiatives and serve as the primary point of reference for digitalization within the designated territory.

Strategic Collaboration:

Collaborate cross-functionally for tailored solutions using digital assets with CP & Seeds Experts as well as the Sales & Demand Generation Role.Contribute valuable input and insights to enhance the strategic initiatives of the Digital Mission Team.Ensure widespread familiarity with the FieldView platform among key stakeholders and provide information on new features, as well as reinforce the value proposition.

FieldView & NBM`s Growth:

Ensure thorough comprehension of FieldView and NBM's value proposition within squads, farmers and dealers, including the development of use cases.Execute strategies for targeted adoption and engagement, ensuring the readiness of squad members, farmers, and dealers in FieldView usage and the execution of NBM's for both the Pre-Commercial phase and beyond.Track progress, overcome challenges, and continuously optimize strategies.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Make decisions that enhance the overall customer experience.Refine strategies based on customer feedback & FieldView data.Align priorities for regional ATs to ensure customer engagement

 

Unlock your potential

Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy engineering, marketing, business or related disciplineSelf-directed with strong initiative A focus on teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesCustomer-focused, with the ability to identify and satisfy the needs of external and internal customers. Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office: Excel Formulas and Presentation Tools & Power BI.Excellent communication, networking and relationship development skills, and influence on key stakeholders.Highly analytical, with the ability to see the big picture and design new processes as well as identify opportunities for improvement Great organizational skills and comfortable with ambiguity.Intermediate/ advanced English Mandatory Territory location
