Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe mission of the Digital FES&P Plant manager is to maximize plant performance and profitability with accountability on direct labor by strict application of the FES operating principles.
Responsibilities:
• Support the digital transformation with the implementation of the standard Faurecia digital tools
• related to operation
• Support automation integration to existing line to ensure smooth integration and positive impact
• on Direct Labor productivity
• At Plant level, provide FES expertise and coaching (HSE, Quality, EE, PC&L and Production system)
• based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business targets.
• Accountable for the Plant MOD cost budget construction & achievement, through efficient
• “MOD cost management” & “MOD cost improvement plan”.
The main missions of the role are:
• Contribute to the definition of the Plant Improvement Plan to achieve the budget
• Lead construction and follow up of the FES deployment plan, to support the Plant Improvement
• Plan (PIP) execution.
• Ensure understanding at plant level of FES KPIs and the link with P&L results to properly prioritize the
• FES plan.
• Provide, according to the needs, FES knowledge and skills to the plant team through training and
• coaching.

Digital Transformation
• Support FES Digital Transformation Leader/Manager in deployment and improvement of
standards defined by BG / Group
• Support digital change management plans
• Define training needs and coordinate with FES Digital Leader/Manager for implementation
• Train plant employees on use of standard Faurecia digital tools
• Support users in the daily use of digital tools and give feedback to FES Digital Leader /
Manager on any issues or improvement needed linked to digital tools
• Comment: Faurecia standard digital tools include (but limited to) DMC, M Lean, MIP, NEO,…
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Knowledge / Skills
• Network animation, coaching and influencing/persuasion skills
• Ability to train and coach within all levels of the plant
• Continuous improvement mind set
• Ability to master change
• Understand basic P&L and operational levers
• Fluent English language knowledge: written and spoken
• Problem Diagnosis and analytic skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition
of action plans
Education / Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (UAP / PC&L / Quality Manager…)
• Recommended 3 years of working experience within a production environment (e.g.
Engineer, Supervisor, Manager level or equivalent)
• Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPI's within a plant using FES
principles
• Previous plant launch experience and previous management experience is a plus
• Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
