Digital Fundraising Specialist
Alliance Defending Freedom is looking for a highly motivated Digital Fundraising Specialist to join us in our Scottsdale, AZ Office. As the Digital Fundraising Specialist, you are a vital part of the Direct Response Team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Digital Fundraising and are responsible for partnering with the Direct Response team to execute comprehensive plans to build long-term donor engagement by improving donor retention, second gift conversion, and converting leads into first-time donors.
Your Essential Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
+ Deliver monthly Ministry Friend fundraising plans that meet the defined revenue goals and achieve long-term donor engagement
+ Develop compelling fundraising and engagement offers for donors that include tactics that drive year-round fundraising across multiple digital sub-channels, campaigns, and audiences, improving donor retention and second gift conversion and converting leads into first-time donors
+ Achieve conversion metrics defined by the Director of Digital Fundraising
+ Conduct quantitative and qualitative research; analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve conversion rates
+ Measure and evaluate relevant data to ensure defined audiences are on pace according to budget and goals cultivation KPIs; Analyze performance data and provide interpretation and conclusions
+ Forecast traffic, revenue, and response targets to support achieving key objectives
+ Develop strategies related to website thank-you pages, with a focus on decreasing page bounce and exit rates

+ You will be asked to perform related duties or special projects as assigned.
Skills you need to succeed:
Demonstrated proficiency in:
+ Digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
+ Advanced written and verbal communication skills
+ Email service provider(s) and marketing automation platform(s)
+ Microsoft Office, including Excel
+ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, Virtuous, etc.
Ability to:
+ Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment required
+ Creatively think outside the box and relate with multiple, varying audiences
+ Be a self-starter who excels with little supervision
+ Effectively communicate using strong interpersonal skills
+ Think analytically and interpret donation and web data
+ Develop value propositions and offer statements
Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
+ 3+ years of non-profit experience in a similar role
+ Developing successful digital fundraising channels based on data using multiple sub-channels
+ Interpreting data using visualization tools and web analytic software (e.g., Google Analytics, DOMO, etc.) is required
