How you’ll spend your dayThis role is responsible for full G2M transformation and digital plan developing and execution.
To stakeholders, this role acts as a reference point for Digital initiatives that transforms our way to tackle the market. This may include activities like:
- Develop and drive execution across functions of Teva Mexico´s customer-centric omnichannel strategy, with the goal of improving profitability and efficiency while building optimizing customer experience for long-term preference and differentiation
- Develop and execute associated ‘sub strategies’ needed to deliver the overall transformation, covering processes, data, technology, people/skills
- Define & roll-out the necessary measurements and frameworks to quantify results of customer-centric & digital activities and align objectives accordingly
- Support teams in managing change resulting from the new strategy implementation
- Set up and implement relevant capabilities improvement plans, from audit to education / upskilling
- Work closely with CRM and performance brand teams to ensure a customer-centric, omnichannel approach to all commercial activities
- Influence and support successful usage of digital communication channels as part of the omnichannel mix (e.g. Web platforms, eCommerce, E-mail) and content across the customer journey
- Where necessary, collaborate with local IT & Regional/Global team to drive roll-out of new platforms supporting execution of the customer-centric omnichannel strategy
- Define and lead optimal operations model for all digital activities, leveraging global investments / resources where available
- Ensure proper performance tracking, KPIs, data analyses and other agreed data metrics are implemented and shared with key stakeholders for all aspects of digital transformation, including campaigns and competition
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify key opportunities for growth
- Lead the development of promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives tailored to the needs of trade partners, including wholesalers, distributors, and retailers
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to optimize penetration strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Key player for Marketing and commercial teams supporting / leading different initiatives
Bachelor or Licensed professional of healthcare sciences, marketing, administration, industrial engineering
5+ years of experience in digital roles, preferably with 3+ year(s) experience in digital transformation/innovation (any industry, preferably pharma or FMCG).
Experienced at working collaboratively in an autonomous way.
Expertise in the current role is a plus
English (fluent); Official languages of the country (fluent)
