Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a Digital HR Executive to drive the digital evolution of our HR function while maintaining a strong focus on HR business partnering. This role will play a critical part in implementing HR strategies, supporting talent management, and optimizing HR processes through technology and automation. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR operations and be keen and able with technology to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Your Mission:

Work alongside HR business partners to identify and optimize HR processes which can be made more efficient through automation and AI.

Monitor and analyze HR data to provide insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, and performance management to enhance decision making.

Support learning and development initiatives, through process design, analytics and automation.

Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to assist with achieving recruitment strategies and people plans through the use of tools and platforms

Drive the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems (Workday) to enhance HR service delivery.

Streamline and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and user experience.

Assist with ensuring compliance with the digital/data aspects of HR policies, GDPR, and employment law in collaboration with the internal legal team.

Contribute to change management initiatives, using digital tools to enhance communication and training efforts.

Collaborate with internal functions such as IT and digital transformation other departments to align HR technology with overall business strategy.

Stay updated on emerging HR tech trends and recommend innovative solutions.

About You:

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Digital Transformation, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in an HR business partner role with exposure to HR systems administration and or digital HR projects OR 1-2 years of experience in a Digital Transformation role within an HR team.

Experience with HR technology platforms (preferably Workday) and process automation.

Proficiency in data analysis tools, HR analytics, and reporting.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong focus on optimizing user experience.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the firm

Strong project management skills

A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset with a passion for HR innovation.

Ability to thrive on challenges in a very fast-paced and high-volume environment where quality and speed are of essence.

Strike a good balance between working independently and collaborating with colleagues.

Ability to think outside the box and drive continuous improvement
