Functions as the expert technical point of contact in global client implementations
Main responsibilities

· Provides support on pre-sales meetings as SME; provides documented recommendations and summarizes as necessary
· Build the OBT in line with customer expectations
· Provide implementation coaching to OBT setup teams
· Coordinate other technical resources on the project
· Attend and lead OBT Technical workshop for each new implementation
· Collaborate with Global Product Owners to provide local expert knowledge with input to product development; Attend supplier meetings
· Provide regional CR issue management
· Performs product testing
· Define and communicate standards and best practices in line with CWT requirements
· Working knowledge of technical applications used by client implementation function

Experience education:
· Experience
o Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience
o 7 year of experience supporting OBT implementation from front end to site setup
· Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)
o Strong organization and time management skills
o Ability to work within a multicultural environment
o Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communications skills; able to present ideas and results clearly and effectively; able to influence client decision making; ability to communicate effectively with leadership
o Strong working knowledge of technical applications used by client implementation function
