Digital Implementation Specialist II

· Purpose of the Role

· Responsible for implementing global reporting setups, ensuring strategies, policies, and initiatives are effectively executed across various regions.

· Reporting setup Consulting for Global Client implementation projects and coordinating global setup

· We seek a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join the DDO Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing global reporting setups, and ensuring strategies, policies, and initiatives are effectively executed across various regions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

· Main Responsibilities

· Position requires directly interacting with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and aid in delivering reporting solutions.

· Conduct regular audits and quality checks on reporting data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable plans and deliverables.

· Led the planning and execution of global reporting implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Qualifications

Experience Education:

· Experience working in the business travel industrypreferred.

· Excellent verbal written skills in English mandatory.

· Work effectively cross-functionally within CWT as well as customers.

· Sabre and Amadeus GDS knowledge preferred.

· Well organized, good time management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure; establish priorities and deliver to fixed dates.

· Ability to liaise with other team members to obtain technical support and knowledge.

· Ability to organize and prioritize workload with competing demands.

· Ability to manage logistics of multiple projects; meets deadlines and schedules.

· Ability to anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions.

· Ability to work within a multicultural environment.

· Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Understanding of IT tools and processes to include impact on travel programs.

· Good analytical skills.

· Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Working knowledge of technical applications used by client implementation function preferred.

· Backoffice - understanding finance processes.

· Qualifications
