We are looking for an individual to join the Digital Innovation (DI) team as a key resource supporting our 3DX ENOVIA tools to empower our innovators. This Business Analyst (BA) will be the key resource to analyze how system changes impact business needs. The Digital Innovation team partners with internal business customers to drive outstanding User Experiences to radically increase speed of innovation and uncover new and better insights.
A DI BA delivers executional excellence in digital innovation procedural work and experimentation and applies this knowledge to provide foundational understanding and capability for the team, contributing to the planning and execution of a broad variety of technical tests, summarizing these tests independently, and making correlations to in-depth observations.
The primary responsibilities include:
Gather needed system changes based on DI team resource guidance and system functionalityProvide analysis of proposed changes to identify impactIdentify and document test cases for proposed system changesCompare and understand differences between data sets to find opportunity areasFinalize and confirm new data releasesAssist internal business customers with specification/standards/records data needsTo be successful in this role, a BA, in partnership with the development team would:
Document written requirements and maintain them within our existing system of record.Determine and document scenarios for Test Cases needed to be created including encouraged resultsExecute acceptance testing once solution is deliveredPrepare training content for end usersAssist in transition activities with business users.Job Qualifications
