The Digital Integration Associate creates a seamless experience for the customer when they are using our digital products in their school-provided learning management system. Elsevier’s digital tools support faculty and students in an online learning environment in order to prepare students for careers in Nursing and Allied Health fields. They help with the technical integration of Elsevier’s digital tools into the school’s local learning management system and aligns with the activities of the rest of the Implementation Team. The Digital Integration Associate will work closely with LMS administrators and instructors at a college or university to ensure that tools work effectively in their local environment.
Accountabilities:
Communicate internally and externally in a professional manner as it relates to the technical integration processWork directly with LMS administrator or point-of-contact to link digital tools into their local learning management systemCollaborate internally with the account team to effectively align with completion of activities needed for their implementationHelp troubleshoot and solve problems if they arise when integrating tools into the local environment.Provide customer with a high level of partnership with innovative solutions that meet customers' business needs.Able to follow set instructions and processes to complete work, identify problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, and making sound decisions to resolve effectively.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required in Information Management/Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related area)Preferred but not required: 1-2 years experience working with teams and be willing to work collaborativelyMust possess strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skillsCustomer focus; experience in customer facing roleProven to be a self-starter, goal oriented, flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with a changing environmentDemonstrated strategic thinking and confidencePreferred but not required: Experience with learning management systems and other instructional technologyPossess strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressureDemonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyAdditional for internal applicants:
