We are looking for a experienced Software Engineering Team Leader to join a leading software for investigators and analysts project As the team leader, you will act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration with multiple interfaces. You will be responsible for managing and motivating team members and be the contact point for them. In addition, you should lead the scrum processes and software best practices in the team. Job Requirements:

 

3+ years experience of Team Leading (5+ people). 5+ years of development experience. Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems. Good understanding of React. Familiar with design and architectural patterns (e.g. design patterns, client-server) Understanding of threads and performance considerations Good understanding of development cycle and best practices like unit testing, CI Good communication skills Team player
