At Morgan Philips, we are looking for a knowledgeable Digital Lead to join a multinational pharma in Barcelona.

The Digital Lead Iberia will be responsible for driving and influencing digital strategy to achieve business outcomes, aligning technology with business needs, and implementing multi-year digital roadmaps across Spain and Portugal.

The position requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in IT and digital transformation to support a data-driven, customer-centric organization.

Location: Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and implement digital strategy to align with business objectives. Develop and oversee long-term digital roadmaps. Promote digital transformation and AI-driven enterprise principles. Steer digital portfolios and ensure adoption of digital solutions. Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, providing strategic oversight.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent. +10 years of experience in IT or business functions, with a focus on digital strategy. Proven track record in driving digital transformation and roadmap execution. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Portuguese is a plus.
