Job Summary
\nAs a Digital Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective online training programs that help our organization achieve its learning and development goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and continuously improve digital learning experiences that leverage the latest educational technologies..
\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities
\nDuties include but are not limited to:
\n\nDesigning and developing interactive digital learning content\nLeveraging learning management systems and virtual classrooms to deliver immersive training\nProvide instructional design support to team for instructor lead trainings\nProviding technical support and guidance to users of digital learning platforms\nAnalyzing data and user feedback to enhance the quality and impact of digital learning programs\nStaying current on trends and best practices in the field of digital learning\nOther duties as assigned\n\nKnowledge and Skills
\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\nKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nDemonstrated experience in instructional design and the development of online training programs\nProficiency in using learning management systems, virtual classrooms, and other educational technologies\nStrong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams\nAbility to analyze data and user feedback to continuously improve digital learning initiatives\nPassion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in digital learning\n\n RequirementsEducation and Experience
\n\nBachelors Degree Preferred\n5 – 7 years of directly related or closely related experience\n\nCertifications or Licenses
\n\nValid Driver’s License\n\nTravel Requirements
\n\nTravel may be required\nLimited – up to 25%\n\nWorking Conditions
