By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise. **Bombardier’s Benefits Program** With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: + Insurance plans ( _Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more)_ + Competitive base salary + Retirement savings plan + Employee Assistance Program + Tele Health Program **What are your contributions to the team?** + Intake change requests for learning content, execute updates and maintain version control of course libraries + Update the Learning Management System (LMS) to reflect content revision delivery. + Lead change implementation with harmonized timelines between learning teams and business functions. + Develop learning aids to support knowledge transfer activities + Organize, tag, and index all digital content and objects, including text, still images, moving images, sound, and data. + Ensure digital content is appropriately categorized for easy retrieval. + Develop and maintain metadata for digital resources to ensure they are easily searchable, accessible, and identifiable for updates. + Assist team members in navigating and utilizing digital resources effectively. + Provide training and support to enhance digital literacy. + Implement strategies for the long-term preservation of digital resources, ensuring they remain accessible and usable over time. + Monitor and address issues related to digital obsolescence and data integrity. + Monitor the usage of digital resources and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. + Enhance user satisfaction by addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments. **How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:** + You have a Bachelor degree in Library Science (MLS) or Library and Information Science (MLIS) + You have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing digital libraries or related environment. + You have expert ability to organize digital content, metadata development, and apply digital preservation techniques. + You have experience in application of data science methodologies and digital marketing + You have knowledge of digital preservation strategies and best practices. + You have proficiency in using digital library platforms and software. + You have a strong understanding of metadata standards. + You are familiarized with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and device management, PeopleFluent is an asset. + You have knowledge in S/4HANA (as an asset). + You can apply change management fundamentals to drive change. + You can collaborate with stakeholders and gain agreement. + You have excellent communication and instructional skills. + You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. + You are adaptable and open to learn new technologies. + You are customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service. + You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
