Skills, knowledge & experience:** + You have a Bachelor degree in Library Science (MLS) or Library and Information Science (MLIS) + You have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing digital libraries or related environment. + You have expert ability to organize digital content, metadata development, and apply digital preservation techniques. + You have experience in application of data science methodologies and digital marketing + You have knowledge of digital preservation strategies and best practices. + You have proficiency in using digital library platforms and software. + You have a strong understanding of metadata standards. + You are familiarized with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and device management, PeopleFluent is an asset. + You have knowledge in S/4HANA (as an asset). + You can apply change management fundamentals to drive change. + You can collaborate with stakeholders and gain agreement. + You have excellent communication and instructional skills. + You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. + You are adaptable and open to learn new technologies. + You are customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service. + You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
