**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Lead a team through their processes, rituals, and disciplines as they work through tasks on their backlog, including business analysis, design, development, testing, and technical and business process documentation.
+ Organize the team’s work in time-boxed sprints typically lasting 1-2 weeks, and hold sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives to make continuous improvements.
+ Utilize tools such as Jira for tracking progress, Confluence for documentation, and Kanban boards for visualizing workflow to maintain a sustainable pace of work and deliver incremental value to stakeholders regularly.
+ Collaborate closely with software partners and Regional Operations teams to standardize business processes and ensure high-quality data consumption for the next phase of the EPD automation product.
+ Lead analysts in benchmarking, translating, and documenting NAM standards for data labeling, collecting, and automating data points with support from LCA experts and quality and operations experts.
**What Are We Looking For:**
+ Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in matrixed or global environments delivering digital solutions.
+ Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience with a history of achieving strategic goals and high team performance.
+ Obsession for value creation with a deep curiosity and understanding of employees’ and customers’ needs.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including managing projects in a DevOps or Agile-like methodology.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and Jira.
