Main responsibilities:

Responsible for managing partner Agencies & Marketing teams in the development of integrated media strategies and plans across key brands and audiences throughout the two countriesCollaborate seamlessly with key cross functional stakeholders in Growth Category Teams, Customer Hub (Ecommerce), Global Digital & Global Center of Excellence to implement and track Playbooks and Guidelines recommendations.Work with Country Categories, Ecommerce and Digital & Media Lead to support development of Brand Plans and activations that effectively leverage the full range of consumer insights, digital platforms and solutions to drive maximum sales and brand impact.Leverage strong understanding of both traditional (TV, Press, Out of Home, etc.) and digital (Precision Marketing including SEM, Video, Social, etc.) media to maximize impact on Owned, Earned and Paid channels.Development of a local learning agenda to continuously improve in serving business needs, identify new learnings and share data-driven Best PracticesSteer the localization of Global Digital Transformation projects, including embedding know-how into day-to-day operations of the Media Agencies and Growth Category teams.Be a thought partner to develop data-informed campaigns, partnering with internal / external stakeholders (including local Google) to define campaign targeting, touchpoints / channel strategy, creative / content strategy, budget mix and pacing.Support Ecommerce initiatives via dedicated digital activations and KPIs.Steer the upgrade of owned assets (websites, social pages, etc.) ensuring marketing objectives and security / compliance mandates are met.Co-design and implement robust consumer data capture and Media analysis, in line with guidelines and fully leveraging global tools, to identify opportunities to optimize website performance, improve customer experience, fully leverage customer insights and optimize return on investment.Upskill internal stakeholders on media best practices and innovation / trends in media landscape.Media agencies management as well as working closely with Growth Category teams to ensure best workflow and measurable media effectiveness.Managing and owning the day-to-day activation and monitoring of media across the portfolio.Support Growth category teams on end-to-end digital campaigns execution (design, set-up and optimization).Control spending vs plans and support Media Auditor for Bonus/Malus calculation process.Performance monitoring and reporting through Media Agency tools and digital Dashboards.

About you

3+ years’ experience in media or digital-related business role in agency / consulting / client environment or a mix of those.Strong understanding of TV and digital media planning, activation and buying in current marketUnderstanding of consumer journey, mapping against media strategies and channels.Proven digital skills in Digital Analytics, Digital Marketing, high levels of resilience, hands-on mentality with an experience in managing search campaigns and content on websites.Solid project management experience with a proven track record of success in driving business outcomes in similar environmentsFluent English & CzechStrong communication skills, experience influencing & convincing internal & external stakeholders
