Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst Location: Santiago, DR Modality: Starts on site, hybrid after 3 months GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB: This role uses advanced analytics and visualization to measure the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing channels and campaigns to drive web efficiency and conversion. The role plays an important part in the overall approach to attribution, predictive modeling, forecasting, tagging, and marketing performance analysis across channels to drive incremental demand and revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist in attribution modeling strategy that factors in both on and offline marketing tactics to develop a wholistic view of cross-channel contribute to conversion events. Develop and maintain dashboards to track and measure web and campaign performance, helping to create processes around dashboard upkeep and data cleanliness. Evaluate and understand the consumer funnel and the cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and consumer web behavior, analyzing said data, and provide recommendations to drive conversion and AOV growth. Help in the development of marketing measurement plans and forecasts to quantify the impact and value of channels such as paid and organic search, email, paid and organic social, and influencers, while using data visualization and reporting to communicate findings. Engage with UX and Marketing teams to drive new insights to continuously push for efficiency, all while providing access, training, and transparency for self-serve data. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns have the means be correctly tracked throughout the campaign lifecycle, through custom tagging, conversion events, and goals. Assist the strategic planning processes for marketing, working to identify analytics needs and solutions to support spend decisions. Required: Bachelor’s degree 2-3 years of work experience in an analytics-focused role with experience including digital marketing analysis, multi-touch attribution, dashboard development and predictive analytics Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and thinking critically in a fast-paced work environment Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills Solid written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work cross functionally at all levels Experience applying advanced analytics to measure paid media and marketing performance Preferred: BS Degree in a quantitative or marketing field (Marketing, Math/Stats, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Science or similar) Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI, SQL, and Tableau Experience in Google products such as Google Analytics 360, Big Query, and Data Studio Experience in costume web tagging using Google Tag Manager Experience with multivariate and A/B testing for both web and email platforms
