Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst in Madison, WI.
Overview:
This is an analytics role for Company's customer policyholder account site. They need to track how a customer is viewing their policy, what keeps their attention, what is confusing about a page, how long it takes someone to scroll the page, how long it takes them to make a payment, how long it takes to set up auto-pay, and more.
Key Tasks:
* Measurement approaches & plans that help show impact across Google Analytics and CX (think NPS type metrics)
* Building dashboards at a feature level to show immediate impacts
* Deep dive analysis on the why behind the numbers
* Gather, calculate, and analyze data from a variety of data sources measuring key data mainly on web/mobile and app traffic
* Help to determine if new digital features are working or not working and why and to provide suggestions for improvements (Responsible for evaluating how well we are faring); Go to Market Analysis on these features
* Present results to leadership
* Attending product refinement sessions weekly
* Collaborate with a variety of departments to include but not limited to: Billing, Claims, Care Center, CX, UX, PL and Partners
* Assist with planning sessions (Sprint, PI, annual)
Notes:
* Become digital analytics SME
* Business side type of a role
* Work with Product Owner/Prod Manager on analytics requirements of what is going to need to get tracked and requirements to do that (IT will do the coding)
* Analyzing digital marketing metrics of website performance
* Set up GA dashboard to track leading indicators (is it moving the needle for new policy production - usually 30-90 days)
