Digital Marketing Analyst (SEO & SEM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst (SEO & SEM) responsible for driving search marketing performance through deep analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. This role will manage performance tracking, collaborate with internal teams and agencies, and optimize campaigns for organic and paid search to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze SEO and SEM campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and agency dashboards.Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, rankings, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.Prepare and present data-driven performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and stakeholders.Identify opportunities for campaign improvement based on performance trends and competitor analysis.2) SEO Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword analysis and research to support organic search strategies.Suggest and implement on-page SEO for various industries.Perform competitor site analysis and reporting.Stay updated with evolving search engine algorithms and optimization techniques.Execute ethical link-building campaigns and manage content optimization efforts.Create and distribute SEO performance reports regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly).3) SEM Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact with SEM agencies, ensuring clear communication and campaign alignment.Develop and manage paid search strategies, including Google Ads, GDN, UAC, and YouTube campaigns.Optimize campaigns daily to meet assigned KPIs, ensuring cost-effective budget management.Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant campaign information and define key messages.Stay updated on the latest paid search trends, algorithms, and platform updates.4) Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of campaign tracking for SEO/SEM efforts and broader martech initiatives.Partner with content, product, and design teams to align SEO/SEM strategies with broader marketing campaigns.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement SEO and SEM recommendations.Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across platforms and channels.Negotiate agency contracts and deliverables while maintaining performance benchmarks.Track and report monthly budget spending, identifying any variances and corrective actions.Job Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO and SEM, with a strong track record of managing data-driven campaigns.Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Excel.Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting marketing performance data.Excellent project management and communication skills.Ability to multitask, manage agencies, and present clear insights to stakeholders.
