The Digital Marketing and Engagement Manager is responsible for executing digital marketing strategies that enhance audience engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. This role involves managing online campaigns, overseeing social media platforms, and optimizing digital assets to drive performance. Additionally, the position includes overseeing the development, maintenance, and content management of Sonic Healthcare USA’s website(s) to ensure a modern and user-friendly experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with Sonic Healthcare’s goals.Manage and optimize online campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media to drive awareness, engagement, and ROI.Create and manage a strong social media presence, increasing engagement, followers, and traffic.Oversee website development, updates, and user experience to ensure a modern, user-friendly design.Analyze performance metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies for continuous optimization.Ensure brand consistency through collaboration on content creation and design.Drive long-term customer relationships through digital engagement initiatives.Maintain compliance with data privacy laws, industry regulations, and ethical marketing practices.Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of all digital assets and owned channels.Support operational needs while adhering to Sonic Healthcare USA’s Core Values.Performs other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, IT business or communications preferred.Minimum 8 to 10 years of direct marketing experience, preferably in healthcareKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work on all aspects of marketing initiatives, from strategic planning through execution.Strong understanding of digital marketing principals, best practices and emerging trends across multiple channels.Proficiency using web analytic tools, content management systems and social media management tools such as WordPress, GA, Hootesuite, Asana, Adobe, Semrush, Hubspot, Drupal, etc.Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.Strong analytical skills, ability to parse out data, derive insights and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
