TISTA is seeking a creative and talentedDigital Marketing Apprentice to join our Growth Team by performing strategic capture efforts that will ensure our continued growth.

Responsibilities
+ Participate in a variety of projects through mentorship and training over the course of 12 months.
+ Conduct SEO and market research.
+ Develop and implement social media strategies.
+ Assist with marketing automation and campaigns.
+ Create content for digital media.
+ Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and key metrics.
+ Optimize website functions.
+ Collaborate with teams to create website content.
+ Optimize analytics.
Qualifications
+ Temporary, Part Time (32 hour per week).
+ Entry-level position, no prior experience required.
+ Strong interest in digital marketing.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt.
+ Good communication and teamwork skills.
+ Basic understanding of SEO, social media, and digital content creation is a plus.
