This position exists to establish and maintain a strong digital presence while ensuring smooth operational flow for this growing luxury furniture brand. As the business expands, there's a need for dedicated support to manage social media presence, customer communications, and administrative tasks, allowing the artisan founder to focus on craftsmanship and design. The role will be crucial in building brand awareness and maintaining the high-touch customer experience the studio is known for.
The Impact you’ll makeDigital Presence Management\nCreate and manage content across social media platforms\nUpdate website content and product listings\nWrite and publish blog posts using provided topics\nExplore and implement TikTok strategy\nCustomer Experience\nMonitor and respond to Etsy store inquiries\nManage customer reviews and feedback\nHandle appointment scheduling and follow-ups\nMaintain professional communication across all channels\nAdministrative Support\nManage calendar and schedule appointments\nOrganize and prioritize email communications\nPrepare documentation for meetings\nCoordinate with partners and vendors\nContent Creation\nDevelop engaging social media content\nAssist in email campaign creation\nCreate blog content using AI tools when appropriate\nMaintain brand voice across all platforms\n
