Purpose

This position will be responsible for utilizing PerkinElmer’s marketing automation system (HubSpot) to deploy emails, automation sequences, mange advanced lead scoring, contact database management, publish landing pages, and more across all global business units.  This global team member will work under the guidance of the Global Digital Marketing Manager to with the business units and regional teams to process incoming email and landing requests (in Workfront) to launch campaigns and build out automations.

Responsibilities

Process and schedule incoming marketing requests for email and landing page deploymentBuild audience lists based on contact records criteria Ensure campaigns are properly tagged for reporting and trackingManage retention and opt-in and opt-out programs and updatesWork cross-functionally with digital marketing, field marketing, segment and portfolio teams to ensure best practices and requirements are metLeverage design features to help you build strong, responsive emails, landing pages, and forms that provide personalized journeys based on a prospect’s visitor data.Provide ongoing analytics on performance to managers and campaign owners.Compile customer data through interactions with (known and unknown) people across multiple channels, including emails, newsletter sign-ups, content downloads, social media and website visits, onsite and virtual events, and more.Work with digital teams to conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion ratesMaintain the lead scoring model administrationTweak, revise, and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis.Manage workflows to help convert prospects into leads, leads into customers, and customers into loyal customers

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or the sciences5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and marketing automation platform managementExcellent project manager, organized and able to track multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication skills, written and verbalA can-do and win-win attitude and ability to multi-taskGeneral knowledge HubSpot is a plusWork under pressure and balance multiple priorities

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $(80,000) to $(95,000). The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
