DIGITAL MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR, Center for Transportation and Logistics (CTL), will drive the digital marketing strategy for the MITx MicroMasters Program in Supply Chain Management and the online educational offerings at CTL; design and execute targeted campaigns to attract and engage learners; manage email marketing efforts, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis; maintain CRM tools to track engagement; oversee all direct marketing initiatives; ensure alignment with CTL’s social media strategy by coordinating with the Social Media Administrator; have full ownership of the MicroMasters website, including maintenance and updates; create digital content, such as brochures, graphics, and learner testimonials; manage video production and distribution; support the design, promotion, and execution of webinars; and track marketing performance metrics, ensure compliance with copyright requirements, and handle other duties as needed.
