ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Communications Manager for our USA/Northern market. You will be responsible for leading your team in the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including cross channel, SEM, SEO and email marketing.  You will also have the responsibility of overseeing the social and brand comms strategy for the USA/Northern market.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, the eCommerce team and internal stakeholders to deliver on innovative digital solutions that will make a high impact. In addition to this, you will manage the day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers, while leading your digital marketing team to success. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•   Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and/or PR or Marketing Communications 
•   Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
•   Experience in leading a team and build collaborative working relationships
•   Able to plan, organise, schedule and project manage in an efficient way
•   The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
•   Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills 
•   Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions 
•   Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
