We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic B2B marketing team! This role works within our Digital Marketing team to execute Vertafore digital marketing strategies and programs to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
The ideal candidate will be team-oriented—with a drive to collaborate and work with internal stakeholders—as well as a self-starter. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills (verbal and written), a willingness to share ideas and act on feedback, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within stated deadlines. The ideal candidate also desires to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing and grow their career at Vertafore.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
· Assist with execution of SEO strategies, including implementation, ongoing page audits, maintenance, and reporting
Assist with execution of pay-per-click (PPC)/search campaigns, using Google Ads and Google Search Console
· Assist with paid social media marketing
· Perform keywords research and conduct competitor analysis
· Track and analyze performance of keywords rankings and KPIs
· Build and update web pages through CMS, and handle various aspects of website maintenance
· Manage the technical components of email and webinar campaigns in Marketo to support MarComm initiatives
· Assist in ABM, demand generation, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns as needed
Qualifications:
· BA/BS degree in Marketing, or related field preferred.
· Team-oriented and collaborative, with strong written and verbal communication
· A curious, life-long learner eager to become a super-star digital marketer
· A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
· Service-oriented and able to work with diverse internal stakeholders, including content creators, graphic designers, campaign managers, and leadership
· High attention to detail
· Able to produce quality work on deadline
· Demonstrate the ability to plan and establish priorities to achieve objectives, while managing workload in an organized manner
· Demonstrate analytical ability to gather facts and develop solutions, while making sound, timely decisions
· Have strong analytic abilities to use data to help drive decisions
If you have any of the following, please let us know!
· One to two years of experience in digital marketing
· Experience in a B2B marketing organization
· Experience with a website content management system (Drupal a plus!)
· Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Search Console, or Google Analytics
· Familiarity with account-based marketing and supporting technology (ex. Demandbase)
· Familiarity with SEO best practices and supporting technology (ex. SEM Rush)
· Familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation solutions
· Familiarity with basic website design principles
· Familiarity with project management software
Additional Requirements and Details:
+ Travel required up to 10% of the time.

+ Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
