The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for tactical execution of digital Omnichannel sales driving initiatives and media buying plans that influence acquisition, frequency and loyalty.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST
Own execution, planning and project management of all digital tactics and traffic management across all owned and partner channels, including website(s), digital communications, 3rd party business pages and external partners.Support omnichannel digital guest experience by tracking application of all touchpoints across different mediums, ensuring that guests are connecting with intended landing pages, menus and other impactful content via multi-touch campaigns and automationsProvide internal project management for owned digital platform projects, which includes collaboration with different key stakeholders across the organizationAssist with aggregating reporting results to provide team with updates to marketing scorecards and performance reportsMaintain all brand(s) website content updates within CMS, CRM and other automation platformsAssist with hands-on execution for lead generation campaigns, email workflows, and email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including: supporting drafting campaign content, coordinating requests with creative team, working with developers to program and design, set up distribution, monitor/optimize and track results.Support SEO activities including SEO audits, keyword research, content and metadata optimization.Maintain all guest databases, supporting segmentation campaign analysis / planning and auditing lists regularly.Coordinate with internal key stakeholders on process updates and workflow enhancements to optimize guest recovery needsWHY YOU'LL LOVE UPWARD PROJECTS

Strong communication skills with internal and external audiences
