The role will serve as a crucial link between the organization and its stakeholders, managing digital content and communications to help more families access their transformative educational services.
The Impact you’ll makeDigital Content Management\nCreate and manage social media content across platforms\nSchedule and optimize posts for maximum engagement\nTrack social media metrics and engagement rates\nDesign and distribute engaging newsletters with relevant content\nMaintain consistent brand voice across all channels\nClient Relations & CRM\nManage and optimize the CRM system\nExecute client outreach campaigns\nMaintain client database and communication records\nSupport client engagement initiatives\nImplement and optimize new CRM solutions as needed\nMarketing Operations\nCoordinate with website and SEO teams\nImplement process improvements\nMonitor digital marketing metrics\nCreate performance reports\nStreamline operational workflows\n
