Job title: Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

Your role :

Focusing on all omni-channel activities (TVC, Retail, PR, SEA - e-tailer search, Paid Social - Programmatic - Affiliate - Philips.com pages - CRM emails - E-trade content) supporting champions campaign for One Consumer and always-on presence for Personal Health.

Acting as single point of contact of campaign performance manager for assigned country.

Leading and activating champions campaign and always-on presence for Personal Health in the market defining the brief with local market marketing team.

Collaborating with internal & external stakeholders to achieve local online excellence (on Activation Strategy, Analysis, Activation Business planning, Activation Marketing, Activation Activation/media, and (e-)Commerce) and contribute to the growth our brand preference and market share.

Collectively setting targets in your markets are achieved.

Briefing and coordinating all external agencies and/or Philips capabilities.

Co-creating the digital ecosystem and target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI's.

Ensuring each digital media are in place and follow iteration loops when needed.

Driving analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.

Driving online excellence for campaign activation, media planning, E-Commerce, performance media, and CRM.

Developing activation capabilities, practice change management to effectively contribute to driving growth in the market on digital marketing topics.

Leveraging best practices and help to streamline the digital marketing processes in your market.

You're the right fit if you have :

Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

+6 years of experience in a digital or marketing function of a large/multinational organization.

Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex projects or engagements.

Solid marketing background, with a key focus on data-based Digital Marketing (digital media, search, display, programmatic, social media) and/or e-commerce; working knowledge of 1st, 2nd, 3rd party data in media, website analytics & other customer data through walled gardens (google/facebook/amazon/ tiktok…)

Goal-oriented mindset.

Excellent level of both written and spoken English

Ability to manage stakeholders internally & externally.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
