The Digital Marketing Executive supports the Marcom Manager in driving digital marketing efforts to enhance the hotel’s online presence, increase engagement, and boost revenue streams. This role is responsible for executing social media strategies, managing digital campaigns, overseeing content creation, coordinating media relations, and ensuring seamless integration of marketing initiatives across platforms.

What will I be doing?

\n\nWebsite Management: Ensure the hotel’s website is updated with accurate and engaging content, optimising for search engine performance and user experience.\nDigital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements, email marketing, and retargeting campaigns, in collaboration with the E-commerce APAC team, to drive bookings and engagement.\nE-commerce Activities: Manage and monitor online listings on OTAs and third-party platforms to maximise revenue opportunities.\nSocial Media Integration: Support social media strategies by aligning content with digital marketing campaigns and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms.\nContent Creation & Optimisation: Create and manage digital content, including banners, graphics, videos, and copywriting, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s brand guidelines and marketing goals.\nAnalytics & Reporting: Track and analyse digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.\nSEO & SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and monitor oversee SEM efforts to drive traffic and conversions, in collaboration with the E-commerce APAC team.\nCollaboration: Work with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing goals, supporting hotel initiatives and promotions.\nInnovation & Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.\n\n

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language is a plus.\nAttributes: Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.\nPersonal Traits: Creative, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality marketing. Professional, well-groomed, and customer focused.\nAlignment: Deep understanding of Hilton’s core values and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n\n
