Job Responsibilities :We're seeking a results-oriented Affiliates Marketing intern to support growth initiatives for Affiliate marketing at Razer. You'll be responsible doing programme outreach to expand our global affiliate network and supporting all marketing campaigns and drive performance using a data-driven approach.As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our eCommerce team across various marketing activities. You will assist in driving revenue and growth for our online store and support all marketing campaigns and product launches using a data-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of the digital marketing team’s efforts to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas, and support the execution of marketing strategies, which may include:
Affiliate Marketing: Assist in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to expand our network and increase revenue. This includes identifying potential affiliate partners, negotiating partnerships, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure optimal results via Impact Partnerships Management Platform and Google Analytics
Email Marketing: Support email marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and promote product launches. Tasks include prepping creatives and copy, creating engaging email content, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign metrics to improve future efforts.
Loyalty Marketing: Help drive promotions and initiatives to engage existing members. This involves designing and implementing loyalty rewards, tracking customer engagement, and evaluating program effectiveness to enhance member retention.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Contribute to SEO efforts to improve web traffic and SERP rankings. Responsibilities include keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring SEO performance using analytics tools.
Paid Ads and Performance Marketing: Support the paid digital marketing team in setting up and managing ad campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing ad performance to maximize ROI. Ensure tracking accuracy through regular maintenance of web tagging via Google Tag Manager, including setting up tags, testing functionality, and troubleshooting issues.
Performance Monitoring: Use data analytics to identify trends, measure success, and drive improvements. Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators using Google Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other competitor analysis tools to recommend data-driven optimizations and insights to relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with email marketing, affiliate marketing teams, product managers, category managers, the creative team and other business units to achieve key results. Foster strong communication and teamwork to achieve marketing goals.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
A strong interest in digital marketing, ecommerce and analytics
Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management skills & analytical skills to interpret and present data
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace continuous learning and improvement
Team-oriented, ability to work effectively and autonomously in a matrix organization.
Able to commit full-time, at least 6 months from Jun– Dec 2025
