Job PurposeThe MP Digital Marketing Intern will focus on content creation (social media posts, email campaigns, internal bulletins, etc.) and delivery in collaboration with the MP Marketing team, AMER Sales and Service teams, external agencies, and other external vendors. This position will also support towards all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, Intranet and Web, including assisting with and contributing towards the continued development of digital platforms, maintenance programs and asset management tools. This position will assist in the planning of marketing content and lead generation activities in accordance with business needs and goals.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
The Intern will support digital marketing efforts globally, including planning and preparing content for publication and sharing across a variety of channels, including social media (organic & paid), email marketing, blogs, brochures, and newsletters, etc.Digital Advertising
General knowledge of Digital advertising tactics (PPC, display, organic and paid social media, SEO, etc.) to support lead generation activities.Social Media Support
Work with the Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator and Content & Digital Marketing Manager to support / manage the MP social media accounts, Social Media Committee and GLOB MP Marketing team to support / manage the MP social media accounts and provide input across all corporate accounts, including collecting and organizing monthly social media reports.Website and Intranet
Support MP Digital Marketing Team with updates to content, material and assets on main corporate website / landing pages. Assist MP Digital Marketing Team with regular updates to our internal Base Camp intranet site to ensure content and pages are kept up to date, including assisting with managing the Sales and Service libraries (e.g literature, presentations, case studies, videos etc.).Local marketing activities and projects
Provide support to Manager Marketing AMER and Global Head of Content with the development and execution of specific local marketing activities.Qualifications
Education
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business. Minimum GPA of 3.0 Skills, Knowledge and AbilitiesLanguages
