We’re a business that never stands still. **About Role** The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for delivering the digital communication activities around new product launches, core products and demand generation campaign using the social media glocalization process within Advanced Wound Care (AWC) and Ostomy Care (OC). **To be successful in this role you will have:** + Collaborate with the regional and local marketing leaders to centralize their needs for commercial execution and support their sales performance achievement via an omnichannel communication approach across web/email/social/QR using the glocalization model driving efficiency and standardization. + Partner with Global marketing leads to manage the digital activation roadmap to ensure this is aligned with channel and market needs and to ensure tracking of all assets worldwide in standard dashboards of performance. + Develop calls to action for each asset and set goals in the activation for assets. + Drive the adoption of globalization of assets and enable local deployment minimizing the local resources needed. + Understand end-to-end customer (HCP and Patient) experience with OC and AWC brands and ensure all Global master assets are aligned with local markets. + Enable the gathering of customers and patients’ insights about their wound challenges to support better messaging and ultimately communication via snackable digital bite size content. + Establish content management and coordinate Medical data/evidence into social media story telling and experience for HCP. + Leverage KOL’s online presence to drive engagement. + Contribute towards developing the market’s omnichannel strategy and activity plan for each major AWC and OC brand/ disease area and lead the execution through digital channels. + Build and track audience and impact metrics; define the best digital media(s) to invest on for ROI optimization. Requirements + Degree in BA, Marketing or relevant field + Proven experience in digital communication, ideally in B2B and B2C healthcare businesses. + Experience of creating compelling customer-facing digital solutions and brand storytelling. + Depth of knowledge in managing process and customer engagement in channels + Experience within the Med-Tech/Pharma e-commerce space will be highly desired + Excellent communication skills (oral and written English) + User experience (UX) knowledge and understanding of behaviors with Project Management experience + High technical literacy, interest in new communication technology and social media understanding of web and social media tools + Multi-functional team working and principles of organizational networking + Committed to a high standard of excellence which includes working professionally and ethically. + Flexibility and can travel to up country (25% travel frequency expected **Outro** Our ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
