Digital Marketing Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES                    THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR FULLY REMOTE WORK
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy
Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the automotive aftermarket segment across several sales channels including Retail, Wholesale Distribution, E-commerce, and Performance.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Ensure that our marketing strategies are innovative and in harmony with our sales goals and impact across several channels.
Communication Plan Development
Develop a robust digital communication plan that aligns with overall marketing strategy.
Define key messaging and positioning for the brand in the aftermarket space.
Utilize various channels such as a digital, print, social media, and events to effectively communicate with target audiences.
Brand Management
Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Using their expertise to elevate our brand's visibility and positioning, ensuring that our value proposition resonates with our target audience and is communicated effectively across all channels. Our performance channel sales growth will only come with a strong digital marketing presence, utilizing social media and influencer support.  
Product Launches
Lead marketing efforts for new product launches, coordinating with product management teams to create compelling campaigns.
Develop and execute go-to market strategies for new products.
Marketing Analytics
Implement analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.


Collaboration
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product development, customer service, and other Departments as needed to foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment on common goals for messaging at events including but not limited to; newsletters, social media posts, trade shows, and customer events.

Work closely with external partners and vendors to maximize marketing reach and impact.
