Digital Marketing Manager

As Digital Marketing Manager you will play a critical role on Esker’s digital team. You will be responsible for the performance of the Esker US website – ensuring keyword rankings, web traffic, conversions and user experience are healthy and trending upward.  This role is focused on increasing conversions from Esker’s website to support pipeline and revenue growth and requires a strategic thinker adept at cross-functional collaboration who understands SEO, website structure and digital analytics.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing website optimization, including website performance and conversion rates, to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly.  You understand the fundamental elements of website management and can identify areas for optimization and growth. You are also analytical and can translate data into strategy and action.

Responsibilities
  
SEOWork with SEO agency to apply SEO best practices, keyword research recommendations and SEO strategies to Esker US websiteMonitor and analyze SEO performance using analytics toolsConduct keyword research to guide content creationImplement on-page and off-page SEO strategiesDevelop A/B tests to ensure changes made for SEO positively impact traffic, revenue, and other KPIs

Analytics

Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysisPresent digital recommendations to internal stakeholders Optimize event, traffic and conversion tracking in Google Analytics 4

Website Management & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Partner closely with product marketing, customer marketing and product management teams to ensure the web experience reflects the business strategy and revenue objectivesCollaborate to inform web strategy on a global levelDrive conversion rate optimization strategy and execution to improve MQL, pipeline, and revenue generation Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, content and chatPlan, execute and manage all tests and changes to Esker’s US website and blog (Drupal)Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in SEO, privacy controls such as cookieless measurement and reporting techniques Analyze website user behavior and identify areas for improvementOptimize website design and content to increase conversions
