Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager; the purpose of the role is to lead the delivery of digital marketing strategies across Amplifon, Bay and Attune business units, in order to grow lead-generation, brand awareness and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Work closely with IT and CC teams to deliver a seamless and optimal lead conversion journey.


Reporting to Head of Brand and Digital Marketing on coordinating the activity of one Digital Marketing Specialist he/she will work on 7 main areas:


Development and delivery of digital marketing strategies

Take a customer centric, data driven approach and leverage technology to develop and deliver strategies that drive competitive advantages. Grow lead generation strategies by optimising high performing campaigns through frequent creative refreshes and testing of new campaigns to further grow pipeline of leads. Develop personalised new digital customer journeys for improved conversion. Enhancement of the existing customer journey to deliver a superior experience. Partner with corporate and local teams, media, creative, and SEO agencies and to optimise media. efficiencies, develop content and enhance performance across digital channels. Build relationships with Amplifon corporate & global digital marketing community and leverage best practise.


Digital Owned Media: Deliver Digital Lead growth and Brand Awareness

Forecast investment and KPI delivery to meet business requirement for leads resulting in booked appointments. Deliver growth in digital lead generation and deliver to KPI’s across all digital owned channels. Measure and report on digital KPI’s (through the entire sales journey). Continually optimise digital lead generation and ROI. Identify and develop new digital channels to test for lead generation. Support brand objectives and integrate content for consistent messaging in market.


Digital Paid Leads

Forecast investment and KPI delivery to meet business requirement for leads. Supplier management and lead data management Work closely with Call Center Managers and Outsourcer to ensure leads conversion journey is continuously optimised for optimal booking rates Measure and report on KPI’s (through the entire sales journey). Work with suppliers to continually optimize leads and ROI.

Website Management

Ensure all content is relevant, on brand, compliant and up to date. Website optimisation. Targeting, testing and development personalised UX to increase conversion rates. Grow SEO traffic and conversions. Ensure websites are secure and functioning correctly. Develop Attune on-line Medical presence to further engage with medical community.


Budget Management

Budget allocated for optimal returns and is continually reviewed for improved ROI Budget is managed effectivity to forecast.


Reporting and Analytics

Deliver reporting on digital performance and continuously measure performance and identify opportunities for optimisation. Measure and analyse lead performance. throughout the funnel to understand ROI’s and develop strategies to improve efficiency and performance. Support development of reporting digital reporting throughout the sales process.


Deliver Key Projects

Projects can include new channel testing, content creation, customer journey development, systems, platform and technology developments.


Education and experience
 

7+ years’ experience with majority of your experience in digital marketing Degree Qualification Ability work with confidential matters, and plan and manage complex administrative systems and practices Excellent knowledge of owned and paid digital marketing channels e.g.; Digital Paid Leads, SEO, SEM, Social, Website, chat, App, Display and programmatic Experience with digital segmentation, targeting, testing and optimisation tools Familiar with analytics, brand-safety tools, tracking and           attribution, reporting tools Strong experience in digital media, creative and SEO agency               management Strong experience in Paid Leads supplier management General knowledge of digital media landscape, technologies, and trends Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience and Campaign an advantage High sense of initiative and personal accountability Able to move easily between thinking strategically and driving implementation Commercial mindset Detail oriented, Data driven decision maker Organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication skills Builds strong relationships and experienced in stakeholder management Flexible and resilient Able to regularly work outside standard business hours with colleagues in different time zones
