Description We are in the process of hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing intricate projects that require a blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making. Your comprehensive understanding of the advertising landscape will be key to delivering exceptional results in the Marketing/PR industry.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing department, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies for clients.
• Take accountability for marketing technology tools and platforms, ensuring their effective utilization.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring projects remain on scope, within budget, and on schedule.
• Contribute to the expansion of the digital marketing department's service offerings.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase client awareness.
• Establish benchmarking systems for tracking, reporting, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiatives.
• Provide support to the team in executing client engagements.
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Support sales efforts to foster partnerships and client relationships. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Marketing/PR industry
• Proficiency in using Facebook Insights for data analysis and campaign tracking
• Experience in developing and executing successful campaigns on Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on Google Analytics for website and campaign performance analysis
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practice
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
