The Digital Marketing Manager at Chris-Craft is an essential part of the Marketing Team, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to promote the Chris-Craft brand. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and leads that translate into sales. Duties / Responsibilities + Oversee and assist with production of all marketing materials including ad pages, collateral, website, brochures, and signage, while retaining the Chris-Craft brand image. + Maintain and populate our customer facing websites - chriscraft.com and chriscraftdealers.com - constantly optimizing for best usability. + Evaluate and improve metrics that drive our sales through monitoring our website traffic, leads, and target audience. + Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. + Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media as well as measuring and reporting on performance. + Maintain and improve upon our digital platforms- MyChrisCraft App and Salesforce CRM system. + Work with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service Teams to brainstorm strategies that improve the customer experience. Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred + Proven work experience in digital marketing + Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns + Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate + Experience in optimizing landing pages and user interfaces + Solid knowledge of website analytics tools + Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints + Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking + Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Good verbal/written communication skills ccjobs#
