Your role?


Your goal is to acquire sufficient and the correct data to optimize our prospecting list (leads) for our Internal Sales Agents. You have an incredible passion for data and can easily make connections so that you can identify your target groups in a targeted manner and ensure greater conversion. You also play a major role in optimizing and maintaining our website (traffic) in order to generate warm leads and increase brand awareness. You set up campaigns and follow them up frequently, so that corrective actions can be taken at any time. In other words, growth marketing is not a taboo for you due to your strong digital and analytical skills.


Your knowledge


An in-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools is a must.Terms such as paid and organic traffic, PPC, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, SEA, SEO, remarketing, audience match… are in your field.You manage the planning, execution, optimization and reporting of large-scale paid campaigns on Google, Microsoft and Meta.Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.Maintaining and building websites is a passion for you.You come up with new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns. (account structure, bidding strategy, creative aspects, keyword expansion, etc.)You implement effective budget/bidding optimizations to achieve channel KPI objectives.You generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, insights and recommendations for improvements.You will work with the wider marketing team to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.Above all, you have an ability to analyze data and to quickly make connections, allowing you to act quickly in detecting market trends as well as customer portfolio compositions.You are used to defining, conceptualizing, implementing and measuring acquisition marketing campaigns.

You are there to positively challenge each other and ensure that the defined objectives are achieved.You have excellent data analysis skills and you are comfortable with large data sets.You have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and want to specialize in 'paid search' and 'paid social'.You see opportunities very easily and can switch very quickly to convert these opportunities into success stories.You have a strategic mindset and you continuously look for improvements.You can also take initiative and you have passion for your work!You report to the Regional Director - SEA.
