Mobile application
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of digital marketing activities, including marketing planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, online marketing, mobile app design, web/app analytics, digital media strategy, eDM, CRM, paid search, SEO, promotions, social media, and in-store activities.Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to boost mobile application traffic by tracking monthly active users and overseeing all aspects of mobile application analytics.Collaborate closely with mobile app developer tailored to each persona .Ensure excellent user interfaces and features, optimized for mobile platforms.Monitor task queues and issue logs, allocating resources to ensure on-time completion of tasks and resolution of issues/bugs.Accurately estimate the duration of design, development, and testing tasks.Plan content for online platforms such as Line OA, the company website, social media platforms, and mobile applications.Ecommerce digital marketing
Measure on report Performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asset against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify Trend and insight and Optimize spend and PerformanceCollaborate with Internal team for Creative, Content and Optimize customer journeyUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate media performance and end to end marketing funnel across multiple Channel and customer touch pointCollaborate with Agencies and Platform partner (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)Proactively feedback latest and critical e-customers’ comments for uplifting service quality and shopping experience.
